Patch for Windows IcePackRegistry build problem (Ice 1.5.x)
Here's an updated IcePackRegistry.dsp to fix a build error that occurs if the IcePack registry is built before the IcePack node. Extract the project from the zip file and replace the existing Ice-1.5.1/src/IcePack/IcePackRegistry.dsp with it.
