    Patch #2 for Ice 3.4.0: slice2cpp stream issue #2

    This patch corrects the issue reported here, in which slice2cpp generates invalid code for a Slice exception when the --stream option is not used.

    To apply the patch to the Ice 3.4.0 source distribution:

    $ cd Ice-3.4.0
    $ patch -p1 < patch-stream2.txt
