    Patch #1 for Ice 3.3.1 - slice2html creates bad links

    This patch for Ice 3.3.1 corrects a problem with slice2html that causes incorrect hyperlinks to be generated in the index section of module pages.

    You need to apply this patch only if you use slice2html and are experiencing problems with incorrect hyperlinks in the HTML generated for a Slice module.
