A (very) minor gift as a thank you!

I'm attaching some (very) small changes to the Java demo/Ice/throughput example:

(1) Adds display of the transactions/second
(2) Allows dynamic modification of the number of repetitions and message size

These aren't earth-shattering, but I've found them useful for our purposes.
I'm putting them here in part as a thank-you for your recent help tracking down
my problem getting IceJ working.

My apologies for the long silence...

We'll draw up some sort of copyright release agreement, so we can do this properly. (Unfortunately, we have to jump through those legal hoops.)

Sure - and I'll be happy to relinquish any copyright I might have on the
4 or 5 lines of code I added... However you folks want to handle it.

I made simliar changes to the C++ version, incidently, so I could play
mix and match with clients and servers. I won't send those, if you like
the Java changes I'm sure you could do a cleaner job of adding them
to the C++ than I did!
