    Patch #1 for Ice for C# 3.1.1: Missing policy.3.1.icesslcs file.

    The Ice for C# 3.1.1 source distribution may be missing the policy.3.1.icesslcs file that is required to build the IceSSL for C# policy assembly. To install the missing file, unzip the attached file and copy the contents to the IceCS-3.1.1/src/IceSSL directory.

    The source distributions on our website have also been updated to include the missing file.
