    Path #1 for Ice 2.1.1, all languages

    Hi,

    the attached patch fixes a problem with the Slice compilers for C++, Java, C#, and VB. For constants, non-printable characters and '.' would result in the generated code containing in incorrect constant definition.

    Please apply the attached patch if you run into this problem. Of course, this fix will be included in the next release of Ice.
