Exception handle of ice php

hi,

For testing the reliability of IcePhp, I test hello.php. The examination steps are below as:

1. Stop the server of hello.

2. Click "Say Hello". The browser will display Ice exception.

3. Continue to click until Apache server pop up a dialog reporting access violation.

I hope the next release could revise the bug and be more reliability.
