Visual Studio Extension - Slice Compiler Options

I'm just getting started with Ice and have installed the Visual Studio Extension.

What do the various "Slice Compiler Options" (Ice, Streaming, Checksum) signify?

Can't find them mentioned in the documentation.

    Thanks!

    ~Mike

Please check the Ice manual for information.

These are the command line options for slice2cpp:

    And this is for slice2cpp

    Thanks!

Thanks much. I hadn't been able to find the options via searching either the PDF or the online manual; obviously my search terms were very poor ).
