do i build a .ice file by vs2008?

i build a project , want to build a .ice file ,
but when i click New-->File, it pop a dialog name "New File", but
it can't find the build-file which type is ".ice"


how can i do it ?

Check our sample projects for details of how we build slice files within the IDE. Since we don't currently have a VS plugin, working within the IDE is a bit of a pain.
