HA-icestorm and icestormmigrate tool best practices

I need to migrate a pre-HA-IceStorm database to a HA-IceStorm database. I will use the icestormmigrate to do so. I am assuming I should I copy the newly-migrated database to the database-environment of all HA-IceStorm replicas (as opposed to just copying the migrated database to one of the replicas, and hoping that this state gets propagated to all other replicas via the interaction between master and slave). Is this a correct assumption?

It is only necessary to copy the migrated database environment into one of the replicas (which replica does not matter). As long as the remaining replicas have no database, the new environment one will be replicated upon system startup.
