these attrbute aren't exist in version 3.2.1,which one can achieve their function?

Sorry, it's not clear to which attributes you're referring to here.

Are you perhaps looking for the patchApplication and patchServer operations of the IceGrid::Admin interface? These operations still exist, you just need to get a hold on the IceGrid::Admin interface -- see Dwayne's email to your other post for information on how to do this.
