Missing test, locationForward?
Why is test/Ice/locationForward empty? It looks like a test might be missing. Maybe the directory is obsolete but was not deleted.

Yes, the directory is obsolute. Our script that package the distributions should use the -P option with CVS. We will fix this. Thanks for the bug report.
