Smile I can't find ICEGrid GUI Admin tool

Hi, everyone:

I have downloaded Ice-3.1.1-VC80.msi from zeroc website. I installed it succeed. The readme file told me like this:

Using the IceGrid Administrative Console
----------------------------------------

A Java-based graphical tool for administering IceGrid applications
is included in this distribution. The Java archive (JAR) file is
installed as

<Ice installation root directory>\bin\IceGridGUI.jar

With a suitable Java installation, you can execute the application
directly by double-clicking on its icon, or you can start it from
a command prompt:

> java -jar IceGridGUI.jar

But I can't find it with specified path. How can I get the GUI Admin tool?

Hi,

Could you please set your signature as explained on this thread? The IceGridGUI.jar is supposed to be installed in the bin directory, please make sure you installed the Java runtime with installer.

Cheers,
Benoit.

I'm not sure I understand correctly... are you saying that "java" cannot be found? If so, this is not an Ice issue. Please check with your JDK vendor to find out where it is installed.
