Ice 3.1.0 under VS 2003?
Is it possible to compile Ice 3.1.0 under Visual Studio 2003?
If so, what will I need to do/change/define/set/etc to make it work?

Yes, you can build Ice 3.1.0 with VS 2003. Please see the INSTALL.VISUAL_C++ file that is included in your Ice source distribution for details.

Sorry, that file is named INSTALL.WINDOWS in Ice 3.1.0.
On a related note, you should consider using Ice 3.1.1 to get the latest bug fixes and improvements.
