I want to know if it is possible to get back the test programs (latency, throughput) which you used to compare TAO and ICE.

I don't see why not. We would have to clean it up and polish it a little bit before we release it. Perhaps we can do this after the Ice 3.1 release. We could then also update the tests with the latest versions of Ice, Ice-E, and TAO.
