chinese filename, icepatch2 is wrong

My file is '方正变.slg', size is 70 k.
In IcePatch2.sum :
\37777777667\37777777675\37777777725\37777777775\3 7777777661\37777777744.slg When download, the file is:
7777777667 7777777675 7777777725 7777777775 7777777661 7777777744.slg.bz2, size is 0 k.

output:
icepathc2client: server error for' 7777777667 7777777675 7777777725 7777777775 7777777661 7777777744.slg' for reading: No such fie or directory.

icepatch2 can't deal with file that is chinese filename???
