example about "hello" can't run!

in microsoft vs.net 1.0 (vc7.0),about examlpe "hello",complile no problem,but can't run! show this message:
"PropertiesI.cpp:168: Ice::SyscallException:"
what?

Most likely the configuration file is not found.

For the demo, you must start the clients and servers in the demo directory, which contains the "config" file. I.e., the demo clients/servers look for a configuration file in the current directory.
