Can I integrate other database such as PostgreSQL with Freeze

not just BerkeleyDB

if yes, how do

Freeze is implemented using Berkeley DB and currently there is no other implementation.

Naturally you can use Ice with any database system (including Postgres SQL), without Freeze.
