Error: Slice source directory not found

I have an error during building an Ice for Java (IceJ) by ant:

I need help, I don't know what can be wrong...

For some reasons ant can't find the directory named 'slice' in IceJ-2.0.0. Can you check if this directory exists in your distribution? If not, I recommend downloading and unpack again the source distribution, perhaps something went wrong when you downloaded it the first time.

Btw, I recommend upgrading to IceJ-2.1.0!

Hello the other day i experimented a similar problem because i forget to define ICE_HOME variable as indicated in the INSTALL
