just wondering if it would be generally useful to be able to define a node template in the IceGrid descriptor.

here's where I could use it. we have a system with 8 robots. Each robot deploys a Node configured to run 12 servers (defined as server-template's). The Nodes are identical so I could also define a "node template". then the system could be described with 20 lines of xml instead of 96.
