    Sockets parameters in ICE

    Based on ICE source code I know that Naggle algorithm is disabled with TCP.
    I think it would be beneficial to have this and other parameters configurable.

    Using the Naggle algorithm would substantially increase your latency. Wouldn't batched oneways be a better solution? Or do you need twoway requests?

    Yes, I agree with you but it is good to have options.
