Documenting ObjectAdapter::find

In section 31.4 "Object Adapters" of the manual, there is no reference to the existance of the "find" method to locate a servant in an adapter. It makes reference later in the servant locators section, but it might be helpful to at least include a reference to this method in the Object Adapter section so its presence is known.
