Document translate

You may have found that there are lots of chinese people in this forum.
I think most of us have read document Ice-1.3.0 in chinese.
This localization version of document helps us to know Ice and let us know Ice is great.

While you may also found there is little commeracal licence ordered from us. This is the problem we have to face.
Recently I tried to develop a system for a company, everything goes well. But the company refused to open the source and refused to buy a licence too.

I hope Ice grows well. The more commerical user the better Ice will be. Let more people know Ice must be helpful especially people from developed countries.

I think you should translate the document to other language, such as Spanish.
