one bug in Ice 3.1.1 manual

Page 1535 in Ice 3.1.1 manual:

However, Glacer2::SessionManager has only one operation which is named "create(...)".

Since the slice documentation is generated from the slice files, so $ICE_HOME/slice/Glacier2/Session.ice has the same bug.
