    Two properties missed in Ice 3.1.1 manual

    It seems that two properties are missed in "C.13 Glacier2 Properties" of Ice 3.1.1 manual (Page 1724):
    1.Glacier2.SessionManager.LocatorCacheTimeout
    2.Glacier2.SSLSessionManager.LocatorCacheTimeout
