Provide language specific documentations of Ice
It's nice to have 1500pages of documentation for Ice, but it's a bit overwhelming to navigate in the PDF file. In particular, the documentation includes redundant sections for each languages. But a given user (such as me) at a given time (such as now) is, I suspect, mostly interested by a single langage.
It would be nice if language-specific documentations where provided for Ice (basically subsets of the original documentation where all redundant parts have been stripped to a single language). Joannes

In the event that you want to break the PDF up into smaller bits and don't have Adobe Acrobat, there are other tools available. I've had some success with pdftk for PDF manipulation. It isn't fancy nor does it have a GUI, but it seems to work okay.
