    demo build fails in prebuild

    I've just:

    Installed ICE with default settings
    Opened the demo.sln in democs
    Tried to Build Solution

    Result: all the pre builds fail

    The README.txt has the answers

    You have to add to your PATH the bin directory in the location of where you installed ICE. Like C:\Ice-1.5.1\bin

    I ran into the same thing
