Ice VS Addin doestn work in msbuild mode

when msbuild builds a sln/vcproj which has been configured for Ice, the build fails because slice is never run on the ice files.

I have checked the addin to load in command line mode, but this doesnt help.
If the project cant be built via command line with the VS addin, the benefit of using the addin in minimized.

Thanks for the bug report. The add-in should indeed work from the command-line as well as from the GUI.
