Eclipse Plugin and Ice

Hi Team,
I cannot get Ice to work in the context of a plugin in Eclipse 3.5.1 (Linux).
I get it to work in the context of a Java application though (Linux).
What am I doing wrong?
Example attached.
Simply activate the view HelloIcePlugin,
Different errors will show if the view is already active of not.

I'm using Eclipse 64 bit and I built Ice myself.
Ice works fine as a java application or Eclipse java application.
