icegridadmin command-line tool goes nuts when you enter EOL as user name

If I do

icegridadmin --Ice.Config=workspace/echoes-runtime/config/icegridnode.cfg

and then press Ctrl-D at the "user id:" prompt, icegridadmin goes into a frenzy -- it just keeps printing "user id: user id: user id:" and has to be killed with "kill -9".
