IcePack does not build on Win32
Hi,

there are no Visual C++ project files for IcePack in the distribution, so IcePack will not be build!

That's right. IcePack uses system specific calls (like fork()) to start and monitor processes. We didn't find the time to port this to WIN32 yet. But we will do so soon.
