[documentation] newletter pdf link broken

Hi guys,

The links for newsletter issues 21 and 22 (in the newsletter archive on the ice website) are broken (at least on my box (win xp, mozilla firefox, acrord32 8)).

Are you guys experiencing the same?

Kind regards,
Pieter.

I just tried to download the newsletters, and everything works fine (using Mozilla Firefox):

I must be doing something wrong. On my box acrord32 complains with "expected a dict object". Anyway, sorry for the inconvenience.
