Exclamation RPM doesnt mark config files

The V3.2.1 doesnt mark the /etc/ files as config files, causing RPM to silently overwrite any local config with the example config files from the RPM.

    Hi Karl,

Thanks for the bug report. You're right, a number of files should be marked %config(noreplace); we'll fix this in the next set of RPMs.
