iceboxd adds 'd' to library name?

It seems iceboxd automatically adds a 'd' to the the end of the library name given in the IceBox.Service.<name> property.

Is this documented anywhere? If it is, I missed it. It would be nice if it was in section 43.4.4

    thanks,
    Craig

D is added to the DLL name to ensure that the debug version of the runtime is used, not the release version. This avoids runtime library mismatches which cause crashes.

I also cannot find where we document this -- I agree it would be nice to document this in the relevant section.
