Minor problem with Ice 1.2.0 on Win 2000

Hi,

There is a minor problem within all.dsw: TransformC is linked against libdb41.lib under Debug configuration, which I think should be libdb41d.lib instead.

By the way, there is an inconsistence in the documentation for Ice 1.2.0: It is said in the footnote on page 103 "... loops currently cause memory leaks but a future release of Ice will provide a garbage collector to address this," which is incorrect since a garbage collector is introduced in 1.2.0 already.

Regards,

Weida
