generated C# classes don't have constructors with arguments for fields

In 2.1.2 documentation is written on pages 387,388, 394, 395 that slice2cs will generate constructor that accepts one argument for each member of class, but it looks it is not true

My apologies--the documentation is a bit out of sync with the code here. The constructors will be available with Ice 2.2.

    Cheers,

    Michi.
