I can send a final draft of the chapter to anyone who wants it. Note that this chapter documents IceStorm as it will exist in Ice 1.1, and there have been some changes to the interfaces from 1.0.x. (I don't have an ETA on the 1.1 release yet). However, if you've recently received a snapshot of the Ice code, then you most likely have the latest IceStorm changes.
