SC Solutions, Inc. is developing a next-generation
Magnetic Resonance
Force Microscopy (MRFM) frequency estimator and
cantilever resonance controller. Building on SC's research
experience with the latest MRFM setups, this product is able to detect
smaller frequency changes for resonance frequencies up to 20 kHz, at an
improved scanning rate. This enables a significantly increased imaging
quality, at faster rates.
The MRFM product combines all processing required for frequency detection and cantilever control into one module that works for a wide range of cantilever resonance frequencies. SC's MRFM product can be easily integrated into a National Instrument LabVIEW™ application. Custom solutions can be developed by SC, or by SC's customers using a Windows or Linux remote interface library, based on ZeroC's Ice. |
